HAMBURGERS DIANE 
1 lb. ground beef
Salt and pepper
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix salt and pepper into ground beef and form into patties. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet and remove from heat. Blend in oil and mustard and return to heat. Saute burgers until done. Remove and keep warm. Stir lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and 2 tablespoons butter into skillet. Stir over heat until blended with drippings. Pour over burgers.
