HAMBURGER SOUP 
2 lbs. ground beef
5 3/4 c. tomato juice
1 c. stewed tomatoes
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp. garlic powder
2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. carrots, sliced
2 c. green beans
2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. onion flakes
1 c. canned mushrooms
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. cabbage sliced

Brown meat; drain well. Combine all other ingredients and add to meat in crock pot. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours, until veggies are done. If you are weight conscious this recipe is only 1836 calories. If you use turkey instead of ground beef. One cup is 204 calories.
