GOURMET MUSHROOMS 
2 lbs. fresh mushrooms
1 c. butter
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 sm. onion, diced
1 beef bouillon cube

Select whole mushrooms uniform in size. Wash mushrooms and leave whole. Combine all ingredients. Cook on slow or low for 4 hours. As an appetizer the mushrooms can be served either hot or cold. They are also good as a vegetable with meat.
