HASH BROWN SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. cornflakes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 tsp. salt
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. sour cream

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT butter and cornflakes. Place potato mixture in buttered 3 quart baking dish. Mix cornflakes with melted butter and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. If frozen potatoes are used, bake for 1 hour.
