BAKED PEACH HALVES 
3 tbsp. dark brown sugar
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
3/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 (16 oz.) cans peach halves, drained

Combine first 3 ingredients, sprinkle evenly over top of each peach half. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve hot. Yield: 6 servings.
