BANANA NUT BREAD 
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. mashed bananas
2 tsp. baking soda
6 tbsp. buttermilk
1 c. nuts
3 eggs
3 c. plain flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients by hand. Bake in tube or Bundt pan, greased. Bake at 325 degrees one hour and 20 minutes. Pumpkin or squash can be substituted for bananas.
