CAMPER'S ONE PAN DINNER 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 can vegeterian vegetable soup
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 soup can water
8 oz. elbow macaroni
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain off excess fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer covered for 30 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Stir frequently and add more water is necessary. Eat immediately; or this can be prepared and stored in large canister.

Can be used as an easy meal at home - or for camping. Reheat at campsite. Save times, especially that first night out.
