CREAMY TACOS 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can pinto beans (drained)
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Onion, if desired
Lettuce, chopped
Tomato, chopped
Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 carton sour cream
Black olives, chopped or sliced

Brown hamburger and onion. Place all ingredients in large saucepan and heat until cheese is melted on low heat. (I cook mine on low in crockpot.) Serve over tortilla chips. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and black olives.
