24 HOUR CABBAGE SLAW 
1 head cabbage (shredded)
1 onion (diced)
1 green pepper (diced)
6 stuffed green olives (sliced) optional
1/2 cup sugar

Prepare vegetables, sprinkle with sugar in large bowl.

Boil following for 3 minutes and pour over vegetables:

Dressing:

1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup tarragon or cider vinegar
1/2 cup light extra virgin olive oil

Stir, cover and let stand 24 hours.
