ZESTY CHEESE SPREAD 
16 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 c. plain yogurt
8 oz. pkg. Weight Watchers natural part-skim milk cheese, coarsely grated
3/4 c. chopped black olives
1/3 c. chopped scallions
1/4 c. bacon bits
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce

In blender, blend cottage cheese and yogurt until smooth. In bowl, combine cottage cheese mixture, grated cheese, olives, scallions, bacon bits, and pepper sauce; refrigerate until serving time.
