1 box pitted dates
Pecan halves
1 box Flako pie crust mix
1 c. grated sharp cheese
Powdered sugar

Put pecan half in each pitted date. Set aside. Mix pie crust mix with water as if making pie crust BUT before putting water in, mix the cheese with Flako. Roll out like making pie crust and cut dough in small pieces, placing date in dough and covering completely. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees until light brown. While hot, roll in powdered sugar.
