JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. Jello, any flavor (reg. or sugar-free)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. pecans (optional)

Prepare Jello in a bowl according to package directions. Chill. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese. When Jello begins to congeal, add cream cheese mixture and beat just until mixed well. Fold in pineapple and pecans, if desired. Chill in bowl or salad mold until firm.
