CRME-DE-MENTHE BROWNIES 
pkg. brownie mix
2 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. sweet chocolate chips
mint wafers
1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. green crme-de-menthe
6 tbsp. butter

Bake brownies as directed. Beat room temperature butter with confectioners sugar and crme-de-menthe in a large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Spread over brownies.

Chocolate Glaze: Stir chocolate chips and 6 tablespoons butter in a saucepan over low heat until melted and smooth. Cool. Pour over crme-de-menthe layer. Before glaze sets, sprinkle with coarsely chopped mint wafers.
