BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE 
1 graham cracker crust
1 (21 oz.) can Thank You blueberry pie filling
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a small bowl combine cream cheese, sugar and eggs. Beat until fluffy. Pour mixture into crust.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool. Spread blueberry filling on top. Chill 2 to 3 hours before serving. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
