CHICKEN AND RICE AUGRATIN 
1 chicken, cooked and cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 can water (soup can)
1 to 1 1/2 cups instant rice
2/3 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar or process cheese)

Mix soup, water, rice and cheese. Pour over chicken, cover and bake in 350 degree F oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Use 10 x 10 inch casserole or 9 x 13 inch pan. Yields: 4 to 6 servings.
