2 1/2 to 3 lbs. chuck roast 1 lg. onion, chopped 1/2 c. celery, diced 2 tbsp. vinegar 4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1 c. catsup 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. chili powder 1 1/2 c. water Place raw beef in roasting pan. Place cut up onion and celery on top of beef. Roast until tender in 350 degree oven. Cool until warm. Lift onion and celery off of meat. Shred with fork, add other ingredients, mix and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. |
