CHICKEN BREASTS WITH APPLES 
4 boneless breasts of chicken
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. oil
1 chopped onion
1 tbsp. flour
3 apples, peeled and sliced
1 can chicken stock
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; saute until browned. Transfer to shallow casserole.

Add onion to fat remaining in skillet; saute until lightly colored. Sift flour into skillet; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in stock; bring to boil. Add apples; season with salt and pepper.

Pour sauce over chicken. Cover casserole with foil or lid. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serves 4.
