CRUST: 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/4 c. sugar 1/3 c. butter, melted Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter. Press firmly into 13 x 9-inch pan. FILLING: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/4 c. sugar 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed 2 pkgs. (4 servings size) Jell-O instant pudding & pie filling 3 1/2 c. cold milk Beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth. Fold in half of whipped topping. Spread on crust. Prepare pudding as directed on package. Pour over cream cheese layer. Chill several hours or overnight. Before serving, spread remaining Cool Whip on top. Garnish with grated chocolate or chopped nuts. Makes 12 to 15 servings. Try with pistachio, lemon or butterscotch flavors. Or use 1 package (6 servings size) Jell-O instant pudding & pie filling and 2 1/2 cups cold milk. |
