STRAWBERRY-PRETZEL DESSERT 
2 c. ground pretzels
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip or 2 pkgs. prepared Dream Whip
2 c. boiling pineapple juice
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry Jello
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries

Melt butter and mix in pretzels. Press in a 9"x13" pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes to make crust.

Cream together cream cheese and confectioners' sugar, add Cool Whip or Dream Whip. Spread this over the crust.

Dissolve Jello in the boiling pineapple juice. Add frozen strawberries and quickly spoon over cream mixture. Refrigerate for 1 hour. A good dessert to serve a club or group.
