SPANISH CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, boned
1/2 can Carnation or Pet evaporated milk
1/2 can enchilada sauce
1 c. Velveeta cheese
1 onion, chopped
Tortillas
Sm. container sour cream

Mix everything but tortillas together in bowl. In baking dish, layer tortillas quartered, then chicken mixture, repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
