2 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
1 lg. egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream Crisco, sugar, and add egg and vanilla; then gradually add flour. Put through a cookie press or drop from a decorators bag without tip. Bake at 350 degrees. Makes approximately 4 1/2 dozen.
