2 c. flour
1 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
2 sm. jars baby plums or 8 oz. applesauce

Add oil, eggs, sugar and cinnamon. Mix well. Add flour and fruit. Mix, then stir in nuts. Bake 1 hour in tube pan at 350 degrees about 40 minutes.
