CORNBREAD DRESSING 
4 c. dry bread crumbs
4 c. crumbled corn bread
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. sage
3 c. hot chicken broth
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine bread crumbs, cornbread, onion, celery and seasoning in large bowl. Mix well. Blend in broth, butter, milk; mixture should be very soft to allow for loss of moisture in baking. Add more broth if necessary. Stuff turkey with dressing. Spoon remaining dressing into a greased pan and bake 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
