SAUSAGE CORNBREAD DRESSING | |
2 pans cornbread (9-inch sq.), prepared and crumbled 1 lb. Jimmy Dean sage sausage, browned and drained 1/2 loaf toasted bread 3/4 c. green onion, chopped 1 egg 1/2 c. celery, chopped 2 cans chicken broth 1 1/2 tsp. ground sage Prepare cornbread according to package. Cool and crumble. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook sausage until browned; drain. Thoroughly mix all ingredients. Put into a greased 13 x 9 pan and cook 1 hour. |
