LASAGNE 
Sauce:

1 lb. Ground Beef
1 pkg. Italian Sausage
1 Lg Onion
3 cloves Garlic
2 Small cans Tomato Sauce
1 Small can Tomato Paste
1 Lg can Italian Style Stewed Tomatoes
1 Bay Leaf
1 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
1-4 Cups Red Wine (Depending on your taste)
1 Lg jar Spaghetti Sauce

Part 2:

1 pkg. Lasagne Noodles Cooked
1 Lg Container Ricotta Cheese
1 Egg Beaten
4 tbsp. Parsley
1 Lg pkg. Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese

Sauce: Brown meats with onion, drain grease and add the rest of ingredients, let simmer.

Place a small amount of sauce on bottom of baking dish, then make layers as follows: First layer noodles, then a blend of ricotta, egg and parsley, then mozzarella and parmesan then meat from sauce. Repeat layers until about 3-inches thick (twice is usually sufficient). Top with noodles and mozzarella on top.

Bake at 400 for 1 hour covered with foil.
