FOUR LAYER DESSERT 
LAYER 1:

1 c. flour
1/3 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. butter

Press into 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

LAYER 2:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip

Spread over Layer 1.

LAYER 3:

1 lg. box instant chocolate (or lemon) pudding
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
3 c. milk

Mix according to directions. Spread over Layer 2.

LAYER 4:

Top with 1 to 2 cups Cool Whip and sprinkle with walnuts.
