2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients. Store tightly covered. Enough for 4 (3 pound) fryer chickens or 6 pounds fish.
