APPLE DATE CAKE 
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. apples, chopped
1 c. dates, chopped
1 c. black walnuts
1/2 c. pecans

Mix well vanilla, eggs, oil and sugar. Add and blend flour, salt, soda and cinnamon. Then add apples, dates, black walnuts and pecans.

Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan 1 hour at 350°F.

Icing:

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 stick butter

Boil 2 1/2 minutes. Pour over hot cake. Cool and remove from pan.
