VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 1/2 lbs. stew beef
4 onions
1/2 pot water (lg.)
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. parsley
2 tsp. onion powder
Parsley
5 potatoes, cut up
2 bouillon cubes
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
Salt & pepper
1 pkg. McCarthy's frozen mixed veggies
1 can corn
1 can green beans
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
3/4 - 1 c. catsup

Boil beef and chop or quarter onions in pot of water with spices for one hour. Add remaining vegetables and ingredients with catsup to taste. Cook on simmer for an additional hour or more.
