CHRISTMAS CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lb. cranberries
2 whole oranges
1 3/4 c sugar
2 pkg. cherry Jello
3 c. hot water
2 sm. cans crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts

Grind cranberries and oranges in chopper and cover with sugar; let set to sweeten. Dissolve Jello and hot water. Cool. Add pineapple, nuts, oranges and cranberries. Pour into mold and let chill. Makes a lot.
