CORN STICKS OR MUFFINS | |
3/4 c. all-purpose flour 3/4 c. meal 3 tsp. baking powder 2 tbsp. sugar 3/4 tsp. salt 1 egg 1 c. milk 1/4 c. melted shortening Mix well and bake in corn sticks or muffins. This can be kept in refrigerator but will not rise quite as much. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. |
