SUSAN'S CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 long loaf sandwich bread, crust removed
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 beaten egg yolk
1/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Flatten sandwich bread with a rolling pin. Mix cream cheese, egg yolk, and 1/4 cup sugar. Spread on bread. Roll bread up tightly like jelly roll. Melt butter; set aside. Mix 1 cup sugar and cinnamon. Dip rolls in butter, roll in sugar mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Freeze fully before cooking.
