SWEDISH PANCAKES 
3 eggs
1 c. cream
1 1/4 c. sifted flour
2 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar

Beat eggs and cream in bowl. Sift in flour until smooth. Add milk gradually and stir in melted butter, salt and sugar.

Have round cast iron griddle hot. Oil lightly and pour 1/3 cup batter on and swish around. Turn when lightly browned. Spread each pancake with butter, syrup, jelly, jam, sugar, etc. Roll up and enjoy!
