SWEDISH PANCAKES 
3 eggs
1 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat eggs with milk. Add sugar, flour and salt. Beat until just smooth. Pour small amount onto lightly greased, hot skillet. Tilt skillet rapidly for batter to cover bottom of skillet. Turn when lightly brown with crispy edges. This is a crepe like pancake. The batter is thin. Roll your favorite syrup, etc., in this pancake. These are a Stolpe family tradition.
