RICE SALAD 
1 pkg. MJB chicken flavored rice
4 sm. green onions, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
12 pimento stuffed green olives, thinly sliced
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts, cut in bite size pieces
1 tsp. curry powder
1/3 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. chopped celery

Cook rice following package instructions, but omit butter. Cool. Add onions, pepper, celery, and olives. Drain artichokes. Save liquid (pour off a little). Combine liquid with curry and mayonnaise. Add artichoke hearts to rice mixture and toss dressing into the whole mixture. Chill.
