1 pkg. gingerbread mix
1 c. prepared mincemeat (Nonsuch in jar is very good)
1/4 c. water

Combine all ingredients. Bake in greased 13 x 9 inch pan at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Ice with lemon icing.
