1 lb. butter (4 sticks of butter)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
4 to 5 c. flour

Blend all ingredients, roll pastry dough. Using cookie cutters, cut out desired shapes. Makes 5 to 6 dozen cookies. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 5 to 7 minutes or until bottom of cookie is slightly brown.
