MAE'S SUCCOTASH 
1 c. cooked whole kernel corn
1 c. cooked shelled lima beans
1 c. cooked tomatoes
2 tbsp. butter or bacon grease
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. light cream
1 tbsp. sugar

Simmer corn, lima beans, cream, salt, pepper, butter or bacon grease in a saucepan over low heat for 15 minutes or until tender. Separately simmer tomatoes and sugar for 5 minutes. Mix together and serve immediately.
