QUICK REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 (7 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
1 sm. tomato, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
1/4 oz. pkg. corned beef
3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/8 tsp. caraway seeds
1 c. rye bread crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter

Place sauerkraut in casserole, then top with tomato slices, onion, dressing and corned beef. Sprinkle with cheese and caraway seeds. Toss crumbs with butter, then sprinkle over cheese. Bake uncovered in 375 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through.
