STROGANOFF BURGERS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 c. oatmeal (raw)
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. water

Mix ground beef, seasoned salt, oatmeal, mushrooms, and water in a large bowl. Shape meat mixture into 4 large patties. Brown on both sides in heavy skillet on medium heat. Cover pan and lower heat to medium low and cook for 20 minutes or until cooked throughout. Remove burgers from skillet. Remove all grease from skillet, except 1 tablespoon. Add sour cream to remaining drippings, stirring well over low heat. When well mixed, top each burger with sour cream mixture.
