1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 pkg. pistachio pudding

Blend all together (beat), then fold in:

1 pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
