BLUEBERRY BUCKLE COFFEE CAKE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
2 c. blueberries
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat 3/4 cup sugar and shortening until fluffy. Add egg, beat well. Stir together 2 cups of flour, the baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Add flour mixture and milk alternately to beaten mixture. Spread into greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch or 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Top with blueberries. Combine remaining flour, sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over blueberries. Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Cut into squares.
