PIZZA DOUGH 
5 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 env. yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. Add 1 teaspoon salt, add 3 cups flour. Mix and add 1/2 cup water and 2 cups flour. Mix. Add 1/2 cup warm water. Mix. Knead. Cover and let rise. Make enough dough for 2 pizzas. Can be frozen.
