PIZZA DOUGH 
5 c. flour
2 tbsp. yeast (2 pkg.)
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. oil
2 c. hot water
2 tsp. salt

Combine 2 cups flour, 2 tablespoons yeast, salt, 2 cups hot water, 4 tablespoons sugar. Mix until combined. Add 3 cups flour (1/2 cup at a time). Mix until smooth and combined. Knead 5-10 times. Place in greased bowl, turn once, cover and place in warm spot to raise until doubled, 30-60 minutes. Punch down.

Let rest 10 minutes. Spread onto greased 9x15 inch pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove. Add 2 cups pizza sauce, 2 cups grated Mozzarella. Bake at 450 degrees about 20 minutes.
