MIMI'S BAKED OMELETTE 
12 eggs
4 c. milk
1 1/2 lb. ham or fried crumbled bacon
12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. dry mustard
12 slices bread, cubed

Beat eggs. Add all other ingredients and mix. Put in large 19x12 or larger greased pan, cover with foil, then refrigerate 12 hours or overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees 1 hour. Cut in squares and serve. Recipe may be cut in half.
