MEXICAN LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. granulated garlic
3/4 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sliced black olives (optional)
4 oz. green chilies
2 c. Doritos
1/4 lb. thinly sliced Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven 350 degrees. In skillet brown ground chuck and onions in oil. When browned add garlic, chili powder, tomato sauce, salt, olives and chilies. Simmer 15 minutes, covered. Put half of meat mixture in casserole dish. In layer; Doritos, cheese and cottage cheese; repeat. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
