CHICKEN HOTDISH 
1 (5 oz.) can boned chicken (or sm. amount cooked chicken cut up)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken noodle soup
1 can evaporated milk (can use 2% milk)
1 sm. can chow mein noodles
4 slices bread
1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine first 5 ingredients in casserole. Tossed cubed bread in butter and sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. May use croutons of your choice in place of bread.
