MEATZA PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. evaporated milk (sm. can)
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. tomato paste
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Place first 4 ingredients into a 9" pie plate. Mix thoroughly, pulling up on sides of pan. Spread tomato paste on top. Top with mushrooms. Top with grated sharp cheese. Sprinkle with oregano. Add Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
