CHICKEN FRICASSEE WITH PARSLEY
DUMPLINGS
 
1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

DUMPLING S:

2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 tsp. parsley flakes

Cut each chicken breast in half. Arrange chicken pieces, skin up, with meatiest edges to the outside, in a microwave safe dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Cover with wax paper and microwave on high for 10 minutes.

Mix soup and milk, spoon over chicken pieces. Rotate dish 1/2 turn. Cover, microwave high 8-12 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
