CHERRY DELIGHTS 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon or orange extract
1 can cherry pie filling

Blend all ingredients well, except pie filling. Spread batter into greased 15 1/2" x 10 1/2" x 1" pan. Cut surface of batter to make 28 squares. Spoon pie filling in center of each square. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar. Cool, then remove squares from pan.
